RUBY ELIZABETH HACKWORTH CROWE - age 94, of Knoxville, passed away 12:16 a.m. Monday, January 30, 2017 at Beverly Park Place.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Clinton, and preceded in death by her parents, James Lewis and Sally Pyatt Hackworth; husband, Leonard H. Crowe, sisters, Jamie Woodard, Anna Jo Peters, and Mary Nell Hackworth; brother, Oren Hackworth.

Survivors: nephews, Mike (Laura) Woodard of Knoxville, Jimmy Sam (Jan) Woodard of Michigan, and Jimmy Hatmaker of Nashville; nieces, Lena Mae (Gene) Miller also of Knoxville, and Sharon Hatmaker of Nashville; several great-nephews and great-nieces.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Stevens Mortuary Chapel with Reverend Sam Woodard officiating.

The family and friends will meet 12:30 p.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Woodhaven Memory Gardens for a graveside service and interment.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517 Topeka, KS 66675.
