Our family-owned and operated mortuary has served the Knoxville area and surrounding communities since 1958. Our professional staff has over 100 years of combined service, an assurance that your family will receive the highest level of care and compassion available.

Stevens Mortuary is the only funeral home in Knoxville selected to be a member of the “Order of the Golden Rule”. We serve our families and treat their loved ones with the utmost of dignity and respect. Our service is measured not by gold, but by the golden rule.

Stevens Mortuary offers funeral plans and financing to meet most every need. We do not charge families to process life insurance. Also at Stevens Mortuary, we make every effort to accommodate our families' ideas and requests to personalize funeral services in order to celebrate lives well lived.

Service to our families does not end once the funeral has taken place. Stevens Mortuary’s aftercare program keeps us in contact with the families we have served and puts those in need of professional care in contact with individuals, groups and organizations that are available to provide support and grief counseling.

Stevens Mortuary is proud to honor our military, both active duty and veterans. We also recognize the dedication of our police, deputy sheriffs, firefighters and first responders. As such we offer the “American Patriot” package to all those who are serving or have served our country in one of these capacities.

Stevens Mortuary buys American. The vendors who supply the caskets, outer burial containers, memorial packages and other products we use and offer to the families are provided by American companies.
