Obituary

STOUT, EVELYN FRENCH - age 76, of Knoxville, passed away 12:02 p.m. Monday, October 14, 2013 at her home.

She was of the Baptist Faith, and retired from Bell South after 36 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Stout, Sr.; parents, Elmer and Irene French; brothers, Donald and Ray French; and sister-in-law, Hazel French.

Survivors: daughter, Kathy Moore; son, Gerald L. Stout, Jr.; grandchildren, Christina Mebust, Alecia Franklin, Eric Stout, and Brandon Moore; great-granddaughter, Meleah Franklin; sister, LaVerne (Gerald) Maddron; and brother, Benny (Brenda) French.

The family and friends will meet 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at Deep Springs Cemetery in Dandridge for a graveside service and interment at 11:30 a.m.

Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at North Broadway is serving the family of Mrs. Stout.
