Byrd, Norma Lou (Webb) - age 84, of Knoxville, went to be with her heavenly Father
on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Spring City Care and Rehab Center, Spring City, Tennessee after a courageous battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Powell, Tennessee and an active member of the Boots Hood Sunday School Class until her illness prevented her from attending.
Preceded in death by husband of 57 years, Wayne Anderson Byrd; son-in-law, Ruel C. Ball, Jr.; parents, Walker and Juanita Ellis Webb; in-laws, Andy and Vergie Byrd.
Survivors: daughter, Sherry Ball; grandsons, Brent (Celina) Ball, Matt (Jessica) Ball,
great-granddaughter, Delaney Ball; great-grandson, Walker Ball; brother, Ted Webb all of Knoxville; sister, Joyce Massengill of Birmingham, Alabama; several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will meet 3:45 p.m. Sunday at Greenwood Cemetery for a graveside service and interment at 4:00 p.m. with Kevin Webb officiating.
