Wells, Margaret Heim age 91, of Knoxville, was released from the bondage of her dementia and went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Friday, August 15, 2014 at NHC Fort Sanders. Margaret was raised by her maternal grandparents, Thomas and Louisa Murph and aunts, Alta and Novella. She was a member of Fifth Avenue Baptist Church for over 70 years. Retired from S&H Green Stamp Company. She was also an honored volunteer at St. Mary's Medical Center, member of the Gideon's Auxiliary and the Knoxville Christian Women's Club.
Preceded in death by husband of 56 years, Floyd Earnest Wells.
Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Dennis Fair; son and daughter-in-law, Frederick and Janet Wells, all of Knoxville; grandsons, Damon Fair, Daniel Wells; granddaughter, Denise Fair and husband Robert Winfree; great-grandson, Cypress; niece, Cheryl Minhinnett; several special cousins.

Family and friends will meet 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Lyons View Pike for a 9:30 a.m. graveside service and interment with Dr. Mark Gaskins officiating. Serving the family, Stevens Mortuary, Oglewood Avenue at North Broadway.
