JOHN M. BIDDLE, JR. (GRAMPS) - age 73, of Knoxville, died September 6, 2016.
He was Vice-President and Co-Owner of C & S Laundry and Dry Cleaners, and was an active member of Fountain City Presbyterian Church for over 42 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, J. Marvin Biddle, Sr. and Mae Potter Biddle; and sister-in-law, Mary R. Gray
Survivors: wife, Joan Gray Biddle; daughter, Cynthia J. Biddle of New York City; son, John M. III and wife Laura Watson Biddle; grandson, Andrew Gray Biddle; granddaughter, Emma Morgan Biddle; brother, Ronald G. Biddle of Nashville; brothers-in-law, Richard E. Gray of Kingsport, Jack B. Gray and wife Lynn of Rogersville, and family, John S. and wife Wanza C. Hill; and Erica Dubno; nephews, John, Jay, Eddie and Spencer; nieces, Susan, Beth, Leigh, Lauren, Michelle, and Kaila; granddog, Lucy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Mission Home Repair, Fountain City Presbyterian Church, in honor of his involvement in local and Belize missions, and commitment to disaster relief, 500 Hotel Road, Knoxville, TN 37918.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday at Fountain City Presbyterian Church. A memorial service will follow at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Max Reddick officiating.
